| Risk Consulting & Analysis | We have a strong risk management capacity, including eight licensed insurance brokers, two certified insurance counselors (CIC’s), two staff with Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations, and two Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU’s). NEAMI is a licensed insurance agency.We can identify the risks associated with an association and assist in obtaining the most appropriate risk management solution. |
| Claims Management Services (Third Party Administration Services-TPA) |
For associations that self-insure for workers’ compensation, we can manage the entire claims management process, from notice of claim to payment and settlement. Unlike most TPA’s, we focus on the most effective management of the claim, not the least expensive means of processing. Our services cost more than many traditional TPA’s, but our results are more impressive and, we believe, reduce the overall cost of risk to the association. We maintain low staff to claim ratios so that each claim is handled with appropriate care and attention. We feel we serve the association best when we are serving the claimant best. | Loss Control Services
|
With six certified safety professional’s (CSP’s), we have a deep capacity to assist associations evaluate work place and facility hazards and to design safety programs that control the propensity for claims or losses. Each of our CSP’s has at least twenty years of experience with safety management and loss control. |
